All of our sales are on a pre-payment basis.

To place an order, please browse through our stock and contact us to check on availability. If your chosen items are available a PayPal invoice will be sent to you by e-mail. The invoice will show the total cost including shipping. PayPal invoices are due for payment within 3 working days. If payment is not received within that period we may offer the items to other customers.

Pre-owned items in stock are dispatched within 3 working days of receipt of cleared payment.

New microscopes are usually dispatched in 14-28 working days of receipt of cleared payment.

We will also be pleased to make a note of any particular items of interest to you which we do not hold in stock at the time of your enquiry; we will then contact you as soon as the items are in stock again.
